MT6 problem

I have 2 problems.

1) On the cold, when you start the engine there is an unpleasant knock that comes from the gearbox. When you squeeze the clutch - the sound disappears. When this sound also disappears when the car is warming up. Here's an example of sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6hovqn034M

2) Also on the cold, the speeds turn on very hard. It so happens that you can turn on only by force. As a rule, everything passes when the car is warming up.

The mileage of the car is 30000km. At the same time, the dealer sees no problem.
